Terms of Service — Zayuno Action Layer

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Zayuno Action Layer through conversational AI plugins, ChatGPT apps, or developer APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Intermediary Status & Nature of Service

Zayuno operates strictly as a technology platform and action protocol intermediary. Zayuno is not a restaurant, food preparation facility, or direct delivery carrier.

All food preparation, item packaging, ingredient disclosures, allergen compliance, and physical transportation are the responsibility of the executing restaurant provider.

🛡️ 3. Order Quotation & Explicit Confirmation Guardrail

To prevent unintended order creation through conversational AI, all Zayuno integrations enforce a mandatory protocol:

The model must first compute an itemized quote_order displaying subtotal, delivery fee, and grand total.
No order is created until the user provides explicit affirmative confirmation (e.g. "Yes, proceed with order").

4. Sandbox & Pilot Testing Notice

Demonstration workflows utilizing simulated restaurant providers (such as EVOS Mock) operate within a test sandbox environment for technical validation and protocol verification.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled before kitchen dispatch via the cancel_order tool. Post-preparation disputes are governed by individual provider policies as outlined on our Customer Support Page.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zayuno shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from provider preparation delays, delivery timeliness, or temporary network interruptions.
